Returns, Cancellations & Right of Withdrawal

Returns

We want you to be happy with your Beast & Blunder order.

Customers who have a statutory right of withdrawal may exercise that right in accordance with the provisions below.

For customers who are not covered by a statutory right of withdrawal, we voluntarily accept eligible returns requested within 14 days after the day on which you receive your order, unless otherwise stated or mandatory local law provides additional rights.

If multiple items from the same order are delivered separately, the 14-day period begins after the last item from that order has been delivered.

European Union Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, unless a statutory exception applies.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, receive the goods.

Where multiple goods from one order are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day on which you or a third party designated by you receive the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement.

You may use the Model Withdrawal Form provided at the end of this policy, but use of the form is not mandatory.

It is sufficient to send your withdrawal notice before the withdrawal period expires.

Electronic Withdrawal Function for EU Customers

EU customers may also exercise their right of withdrawal electronically through the withdrawal function available through the customer account or order status page of our online store.

After submitting your withdrawal electronically, you will receive confirmation of receipt by electronic means.

Use of the electronic withdrawal function is optional. You may also exercise your right of withdrawal by email, post or another clear statement.

Returning Goods After Withdrawal

After notifying us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase, you must send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal.

Please contact us before sending your return so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions.

Contacting us does not mean that your statutory withdrawal requires our approval.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods when exercising your statutory right of withdrawal, unless we have expressly agreed to bear those costs or applicable law requires us to do so.

Please retain proof of shipment until your return and refund have been completed.

Condition of Returned Goods

You are entitled to inspect and try on the goods to the extent reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, fit and functionality.

Trying on a garment in a manner comparable to trying it on in a physical store does not in itself prevent you from exercising your statutory right of withdrawal.

You may, however, be responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functionality.

Where reasonably possible, please return items with their original tags and packaging.

Original packaging and attached tags are not a condition for exercising a statutory right of withdrawal.

Refunds for EU Withdrawals

If you validly withdraw from your contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you in connection with the withdrawn order, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery method where required by law.

If you selected a more expensive delivery method than our standard delivery option, we are not required to refund the additional delivery costs.

Refunds will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day on which we receive your withdrawal notice.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you provide evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction. You will not be charged any fees by us for the reimbursement.

If your original order qualified for free shipping and you later return only part of the order, we will not retrospectively charge standard shipping fees solely because the value of the products you keep falls below the applicable free-shipping threshold.

United Kingdom Cancellations and Returns

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom and purchase goods online, you generally have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after the day on which you receive the goods, unless a statutory exception applies.

If multiple goods from one order are delivered separately, the cancellation period begins after you receive the last item.

After notifying us of your cancellation, you must send the goods back within 14 days.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, provided that you were informed of this before placing your order.

For eligible cancellations, we will refund the purchase price and the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Additional costs for premium or expedited delivery are not required to be refunded.

We may wait to issue the refund until we have received the returned goods or you provide evidence that they have been sent back.

Customers Outside the European Union and United Kingdom

For customers outside the European Union and United Kingdom, we voluntarily accept eligible returns requested within 14 days of receiving the order, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country provides additional rights.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning an item unless the product is defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied or applicable law requires otherwise.

Please contact us at support@beastandblunder.com before returning an item so that we can provide the correct return instructions.

Made-to-Order Products

Many Beast & Blunder products are printed or manufactured only after an order has been placed.

The fact that a standard product is produced or printed on demand does not by itself make the product personalised and does not by itself exclude a statutory right of withdrawal.

Personalised Products

The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to goods that are made according to individual specifications selected by the customer or are clearly personalised for the customer.

Where we offer personalised products, any applicable exclusion from the right of withdrawal will be clearly communicated before purchase.

This exclusion does not affect your statutory rights if a personalised item is defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order after delivery.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at:

Please include your order number and, where reasonably necessary, photographs showing the problem.

Claims relating to defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods are separate from the statutory right of withdrawal.

Your mandatory statutory warranty and consumer rights remain unaffected.

Where we are legally responsible for a defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied product, you will not be required to bear return costs that we are legally required to cover.
