Shipping Costs

Shipping rates and free-shipping thresholds depend on your delivery destination and are displayed clearly at checkout before you place your order.

For our main markets, the following standard shipping rates currently apply:

Germany and European Union
Standard shipping: €4.50
Free standard shipping on orders of €50.00 or more

United States
Standard shipping: $4.95 USD
Free standard shipping on orders of $75.00 USD or more

Other destinations
Shipping rates and any applicable free-shipping thresholds are calculated according to the selected delivery country and will be shown at checkout.

The free-shipping threshold is based on the merchandise value after discounts and before shipping charges.

If your order currency differs from our store's base currency, the amount displayed at checkout will apply.

Production and Fulfilment

Most Beast & Blunder products are made especially for you after your order has been placed.

Orders are usually produced and prepared for shipment within 2–5 business days after payment has been received.

We work with an international fulfilment partner operating production facilities in several regions around the world. Whenever possible, your order will be produced at a facility located in or close to your delivery region.

The exact fulfilment location may vary depending on product availability, production capacity and the printing technology required.

Estimated Delivery Times

After production, estimated delivery times are generally:

Germany: approximately 2–4 business days
European Union: approximately 2–8 business days
United States: approximately 5–8 business days
Other international destinations: delivery times may vary depending on the destination and local carrier network.

Please note that production time and shipping time are separate.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays caused by carriers, customs procedures, severe weather or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may occasionally occur.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, you will receive your tracking information by email once your order has been shipped.

Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Multiple Shipments

In some cases, products from the same order may be produced at different fulfilment locations and therefore arrive in separate packages.

You will not be charged additional shipping fees simply because we split an order into multiple shipments.

Customs Duties and Import Charges

Because our products are generally produced within or close to the customer's delivery region, additional customs duties or import charges do not normally arise.

In rare cases, however, an order may need to be fulfilled from a production facility located in another customs territory.

If this happens, customs duties, import taxes, handling charges or similar fees may be imposed by the destination country.

Where such charges are not collected during checkout, they may be payable directly by the recipient to the relevant customs authority or carrier.

Unfortunately, we cannot always predict whether such charges will apply, as this depends on the destination country, fulfilment location and local import regulations.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses

Please make sure that your shipping address is complete and correct before submitting your order.

If an order cannot be delivered because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional shipping costs for resending the order may apply where permitted by law.

Once an order has entered production or has been shipped, we may no longer be able to change the delivery address.

Partial Returns and Free Shipping

If your original order qualified for free shipping and you later return only part of the order, we will not retrospectively charge standard shipping fees solely because the value of the products you keep falls below the applicable free-shipping threshold.
