Terms of service
Last updated: October 13, 2026
1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through the online store of:
Beast & Blunder Co.
Owner: Eva Sommer
Weidenberggasse 31
36199 Rotenburg an der Fulda
Germany
Email: support@beastandblunder.com
Phone: +49 1575 3421723
These Terms apply to consumers and business customers unless otherwise expressly stated.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction primarily for purposes that cannot be attributed to their commercial or self-employed professional activity.
Mandatory consumer protection rights remain unaffected.
2. Products
Beast & Blunder Co. sells apparel and other merchandise featuring Beast & Blunder designs.
Many of our products are produced or printed only after an order has been placed.
The fact that a product is manufactured or printed on demand does not in itself exclude a consumer's statutory right of withdrawal.
The statutory right of withdrawal may only be excluded where the legal requirements for an exception are met, for example where goods are individually personalised or manufactured according to specifications chosen specifically by the customer.
Product descriptions, available colours, sizes, materials and other relevant product information are provided on the respective product page.
Colours displayed on screens may vary slightly depending on the device and display settings used.
Statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods remain unaffected.
3. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in our online store does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.
By completing the checkout process and clicking the button indicating that the order involves an obligation to pay, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the products contained in the shopping cart.
After placing an order, the customer may receive an automatic email confirming receipt of the order.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, this acknowledgement merely confirms that the order has been received.
A purchase contract is concluded when we accept the order, for example by expressly confirming acceptance, sending a shipping confirmation or dispatching the ordered goods.
If payment has already been collected and we are unable to accept an order, the corresponding amount will be refunded without undue delay.
4. Prices and Payment
The prices displayed in our online store are the prices applicable at the time the order is placed.
Where applicable, prices displayed to consumers include statutory VAT.
Depending on the customer's delivery destination, applicable taxes may be calculated or displayed during checkout in accordance with local legal requirements.
The available payment methods are displayed during checkout.
Payment is processed using the payment method selected by the customer.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs and free-shipping thresholds depend on the delivery destination and are displayed clearly during checkout before the customer places the order.
The following standard shipping rates currently apply to our main markets:
Germany and European Union
Standard shipping: €4.50
Free standard shipping on orders of €50.00 or more
United States
Standard shipping: $4.95 USD
Free standard shipping on orders of $75.00 USD or more
For other destinations, the applicable shipping costs and any free-shipping thresholds are calculated according to the selected delivery country and will be displayed during checkout.
The free-shipping threshold is calculated based on the merchandise value after discounts and before shipping charges.
If prices are displayed in another currency, the amount shown during checkout applies.
If an order initially qualified for free shipping and the customer later returns only part of the order, we will not retrospectively charge standard shipping costs solely because the value of the products retained by the customer falls below the applicable free-shipping threshold.
Return shipping costs are governed by these Terms and Conditions and our separate Returns & Cancellations Policy.
6. Fulfilment
Many Beast & Blunder products are manufactured and shipped on demand through specialised fulfilment partners.
Where possible, orders are generally fulfilled at a production facility located in or close to the customer's delivery region.
The specific fulfilment location may depend on factors including product availability, stock levels, printing technology and production capacity.
For this reason, we cannot guarantee that every order will be produced in a particular country or fulfilment centre.
An order containing several products may occasionally be shipped in more than one parcel.
Customers will not incur additional shipping charges solely because we choose to split an order into multiple shipments.
7. Customs Duties and Import Charges
Because orders are generally fulfilled within or close to the customer's delivery region, additional customs duties or import charges do not normally arise.
However, in exceptional cases an order may be fulfilled or shipped from a production facility located in another customs territory.
In such cases, customs duties, import taxes, handling charges or similar charges may be imposed by the destination country.
Where such charges are not collected during checkout and are legally imposed on the recipient, they may be payable directly by the customer to the relevant customs authority, carrier or other responsible body.
Whether such charges apply depends on factors including the destination country, fulfilment location, value and type of goods and applicable local import regulations.
8. Delivery
We deliver to the countries and regions available for selection during checkout.
Estimated production and delivery times may be displayed on product pages, during checkout or in the order confirmation.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, stated delivery times are estimates.
Unexpected delays may occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather or exceptional production disruptions.
Statutory rights relating to delayed delivery remain unaffected.
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
If an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer results in a failed delivery or additional shipping costs, we may charge reasonable additional costs where permitted by applicable law.
9. Statutory Right of Withdrawal
Consumers who enter into a distance contract generally have a statutory right of withdrawal.
The withdrawal period is generally 14 days.
Detailed information regarding the conditions, deadlines and procedure for exercising the right of withdrawal is provided in our separate Withdrawal Policy / Right of Withdrawal.
The customer does not need to provide a reason for exercising the statutory right of withdrawal.
Producing or printing an ordinary Beast & Blunder product after the order has been placed does not by itself remove the statutory right of withdrawal.
The statutory right of withdrawal may be excluded only where the applicable legal requirements are met, for example for goods that are individually personalised or manufactured according to specifications selected specifically by the customer.
10. Return Shipping Costs
When exercising the statutory right of withdrawal, the customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods, provided that the customer has been properly informed of this obligation before concluding the contract.
This does not apply where we have expressly agreed to bear the return costs.
It also does not affect the customer's statutory rights where goods are defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise do not conform to the purchase contract.
The customer will not be required to bear return shipping costs that we are legally required to bear.
11. Refunds Following Withdrawal
Where a consumer validly exercises the statutory right of withdrawal, refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable law.
If the entire order is withdrawn, we will refund payments received from the customer, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method originally offered, where required by law.
Additional delivery costs resulting from the customer's choice of a delivery method more expensive than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us do not have to be refunded.
Where permitted by law, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until the customer provides evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, refunds will generally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
12. Condition of Returned Goods
Consumers may inspect goods to the extent reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functionality.
Where goods have been handled beyond what is necessary for such inspection and this results in a loss of value, the customer may be responsible for the resulting loss of value to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Trying on an item in a manner comparable to trying it on in a physical store will generally not in itself constitute excessive handling.
Statutory rights relating to defective products remain unaffected.
13. Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Products
Customers are entitled to the statutory warranty rights applicable to their purchase.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, incorrectly supplied or otherwise does not conform to the purchase contract, please contact us at:
Please provide sufficient information to allow us to identify the order and assess the issue.
Photographs may be requested where reasonably necessary to document a production defect, damage or incorrect item.
Nothing in these Terms limits the customer's mandatory statutory warranty rights.
14. Retention of Title
Goods remain our property until the purchase price has been paid in full.
15. Promotions, Discounts and Free Shipping
Discount codes, promotional offers and other special offers may be subject to additional conditions stated in connection with the relevant promotion.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, discount codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Where a promotion or free-shipping offer is subject to a minimum order value, eligibility is calculated based on the merchandise value after applicable discounts.
Promotions may not be combined unless expressly stated otherwise.
16. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, designs, illustrations, graphics, logos, photographs, text and other creative content used by Beast & Blunder Co. are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Purchasing a physical product does not transfer ownership of any copyright, trademark or other intellectual property right relating to the artwork or design.
Customers may use purchased products for their ordinary personal use.
Reproduction, copying, commercial distribution, digital extraction or commercial use of Beast & Blunder designs is prohibited unless expressly permitted by us or by applicable law.
Purchasing a product does not grant the customer the right to reproduce the artwork on other products or merchandise.
17. Liability
Our liability is governed by applicable statutory law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability where such exclusion or restriction would be prohibited by law.
In particular, liability remains unrestricted in cases involving intentional misconduct or gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, or mandatory statutory liability.
Mandatory consumer protection rights remain unaffected.
18. Consumer Dispute Resolution
We aim to resolve any concerns directly with our customers.
If you experience a problem with an order, please contact us at:
We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board unless participation is required by applicable law.
19. Applicable Law
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
Where the customer is a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive the customer of mandatory consumer protection provisions that apply under the law of the country in which the customer has their habitual residence.
20. Jurisdiction
For consumers, the statutory rules governing jurisdiction apply.
Where the customer is a merchant, legal entity under public law or special fund under public law, the courts competent for our place of business shall have jurisdiction to the extent permitted by law.
Mandatory rules regarding jurisdiction remain unaffected.
21. Contract Language and Order Information
The contractual language of the English-language version of our online store is English.
Customers can review the products contained in their shopping cart and correct input errors before submitting their order.
Order-related information will generally be provided electronically, in particular by email.
The customer will receive information relating to the order after it has been placed.
Order data will be stored in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
Customers with a customer account may also be able to access information about previous orders through their account.
22. Privacy
Information regarding the collection, processing and use of personal data is provided in our separate Privacy Policy.
23. Severability
If an individual provision of these Terms is or becomes invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
The applicable statutory provisions shall apply in place of any invalid or unenforceable provision.
